About The Reef:
The Reef is a cannabis dispensary dedicated to providing the highest quality products and service. Through our partnership with Highway Dispo, we offer a seamless on-demand delivery service that ensures our customers get their products safely and efficiently.
Position Overview:
As an On-Demand Delivery Driver for The Reef, you will play a vital role in upholding our brand promise by ensuring timely and safe delivery of cannabis products to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver cannabis products to customers.
- Verify customer IDs to ensure legal age requirements are met.
- Utilize the Highway Dispo platform and other tools to track and manage deliveries.
- Collect payment upon delivery, when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns.
- Adhere to all state and local laws pertaining to the delivery of cannabis products.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with dispensary staff to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Must have reliable transportation, with valid insurance; to use for Deliveries.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience in delivery driving or customer service preferred.
- Strong understanding of local and state cannabis laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency with smartphone apps and GPS systems.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- Ability to maneuver in and out of the vehicle frequently throughout the day.
